Terms of Use

This is a private app for personal use by a specific family trip group. By using this app you agree not to share access, login credentials, or content with anyone outside the family group.

SMS messages: reply STOP to any verification text to opt out of future messages from this app. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency is low (only when you sign in). Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

The app is provided as-is for family coordination purposes. The organizers make no warranties about uptime or data integrity. Important trip details (bookings, flight confirmations, etc.) should always be verified with the original source.

AI assistant

The AI chat assistant is provided as-is and its responses are not guaranteed to be accurate. Users should verify any important cruise or travel information with Royal Caribbean directly. Do not rely on the assistant for medical, legal, or safety decisions.

The AI assistant applies content restrictions automatically for users flagged as minors. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child's account is correctly flagged. The trip organizer controls this setting.

Photo uploads

By uploading a photo, you grant the app a limited license to store and display that photo to other invited app users. You are responsible for only uploading content you have the right to share. No inappropriate content — the trip organizer reserves the right to remove any photo.

Organizer notifications

When the AI assistant can't answer a question from its knowledge base, the app sends a short email to the trip organizer so the missing detail can be added. Emails are delivered via a third-party transactional email provider (Postmark) and contain the question text along with the adult sender's first name. For users flagged as minors, the sender is identified only as "a minor" and no name is included. See the privacy policy for full details.

Error reporting

The app sends automatic error reports to a third-party developer tool (Sentry) when something breaks, so bugs can be diagnosed and fixed. Reports are scrubbed of names, family roles, crew identifiers, phone numbers, and packing list contents before being sent. Access

This is a private app for invited users only. Access may be revoked at the trip organizer's discretion.
